Pre-Order Policy

Welcome to Slimi Studio's Pre-Order Policy. By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information regarding your pre-order.

  1. Pre-Order Definition:

    A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet in stock but will be available for shipping at a later date. A pre-order also allows you to buy an item that will be created especially for you. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” on the order button.

  2. Pre-Order Payment:

    Payment is required at the time of purchase. The full price of the item, including taxes and shipping fees (if applicable), will be charged when the pre-order is placed.

  3. Pre-Order Cancellation and Changed:

    You may cancel or request changes on your pre-order within three days from the order date. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order details. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method upon cancellation.

  4. Shipping:

    Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date of three weeks from the order date, which could be subject to change due to production schedules, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to ship pre-order items by the estimated date and will keep you informed of any changes; however, Slimi Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  5. Product Changes:

    Studio Slimi reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the design, sizing, or features of the pre-order item. Any significant changes that affect the overall product will be communicated to customers who have placed a pre-order.
